Jnr Nursery & Senior Nursery Pod
Our Nursery is designed to ensure that all aspects of the development of Infants is accommodated and encouraged. We have a separate sleep room, which allows individual child/family routines to be respected and followed. Children are offered age and developmentally appropriate stimulation and encouragement to explore, engage, experience, and communicate – as only infants can! Our babies are treated as whole, capable and communicative people who are treated with care, love and respect.
Toddler 1 & Toddler 2 Pod
The spaces in our toddler environment are designed to encourage the children to explore, discover, create, and imagine through a play-based curriculum. The environment and program is vibrant and flexible and responsive to the interests and abilities of each child. Learnings include puzzles, literacy and numeracy activities, construction activities, creative arts, music and pretend play set-ups.
Pre Kinder Pod
Pre-Kindy children are further developing their language skills, often developing specific interests in activities that engage them for longer periods of time – with increasing complexity. Individual interests and preferences are readily apparent – and our team works hard to ensure that the environments and activities provided offer further stimulation, the capacity to build on capabilities, and strengthen skill sets. Mathematical reasoning concepts are explored through science and cooking experiences. Language skills and relationship building skills are enhanced through opportunities for conversations and reflection as groups and one on one. Physical skills are developed through increasingly complex challenges and opportunities to take risk. The capabilities of 3-4 year olds are amazing to observe and our team ensure interests and challenges are documented and occasions to discover more are consistently provided.
We are proud to offer a Queensland Kindergarten Program at our Centre. Our Kindergarten program is led by a qualified Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teacher who delivers a program grounded in the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline Your child will further develop their skills, knowledge and capabilities in our play-based learning environment. “School readiness” is primarily ensuring your child is emotionally, physically and socially ready to embark upon the next, more formal, stage of their educational ‘career’. We remain focussed on support, encouragement, opportunity for learning and individual interests – while ensuring your child’s knowledge, love of learning and capacity to self-regulate is steadily increasing. The opportunities for learning will focus on further building confidence and abilities – verbally, emotionally, cognitively, physically and socially.

Children are strong and capable learners
At Nurture Early Education Morayfield, Children are encouraged and supported to make choices about events that impact on their daily lives such as meal times and learning experiences, including whether they play inside or outside during large blocks of the day. We believe that all children are strong and capable and should be empowered through respectful interactions that support the growth of their independence. Educators support children throughout their day helping them to make choices about their learning, their daily needs such as food intake and observing, documenting and extending upon learning interest of children.
The United Nations Convention on the rights of the child element 31 highlights that, it is a fundamental right for all children to play. At Nurture Early Education Morayfield, we celebrate play not only as the way in which all children learn but acknowledge that it is a right of all children.
We believe that play within the indoor and outdoor environment is of equal value and that children should be able to move between areas of play large blocks of time throughout the day. Educators support children’s play and learning as they flow and move between play spaces and are respectful of the voice of the child.

Strong and positive relationships for children are essential in early childhood because these form the foundation for children’s sense of belonging, safety, confidence, self-esteem and wellbeing, without which children cannot thrive. At Nurture Early Education Morayfield we pride ourselves on building meaningful relationships with children and their families that are warm, respectful and reciprocal. Our service embraces the theory of attachment, whereby children are supported to build meaningful and secure connections with a small number of consistent adults. We respect the importance of these connections and honour them in practice.
At Nurture Early Education Morayfield we encourage families to become active participants in their child’s early learning journey. We value the family as the first educator of the child and embrace family culture which shapes who our children are and who they will become.
